Client further agrees:

• —Not to publish, disseminate, distribute, or otherwise disclose such information to any third party without prior written consent from the Investigator, unless required by law.

03 Nature and Limitations of Services

Client acknowledges and understands that:

• —The information provided by the Investigator is developed using publicly available sources, proprietary databases, and lawful investigative methods;
• —Such information is compiled to the best of the Investigator's ability and knowledge but is not guaranteed to be full, complete, current, or entirely accurate.

Client agrees that:

• —The information provided should not be relied upon as the sole basis for making decisions regarding any individual;
• —The Services are intended to serve as one component of a broader "information matrix," and not as definitive or conclusive evidence.

04 Online Investigation Limitations

Client expressly acknowledges:

• —The inherent limitations of online and remote investigations, including potential inaccuracies, outdated data, or incomplete records;
• —That certain relevant information may not be accessible through lawful means or available databases.

Client agrees that:

• —The Investigator shall not be held responsible for omissions, inaccuracies, or incomplete findings resulting from such limitations.

05 Disclaimer of Warranties

All Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Investigator disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to:

• —Accuracy, completeness, or reliability of information;
• —Fitness for a particular purpose;
• —Non-infringement.

06 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

Client acknowledges that:

08 Compliance with Laws

Client agrees to comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws in connection with the use of the Services, including but not limited to privacy, data protection, and fair credit reporting laws where applicable.

09 Payment and Fees

All fees for Services shall be disclosed prior to engagement. Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

10 Termination

We reserve the right to refuse or terminate Services at our sole discretion if:
